We are able to provide medical consultation and prescription services for patients who live in the following US states: WI, NY, NJ, IL, CA and FL.
We also provide private consultation services to women living in Israel as well.
Insurance is not accepted.

Payment & insurance policies
I strive to provide easily accessible, personalized, and readily available care. As this is becoming more and more difficult in the traditional insurance model, I participate in direct specialty telehealth instead.

I do not accept insurance.
However, you are always encouraged to find out what your out-of-network telehealth benefits and coverage are.
Based on the possible coverage, you can request and submit a superbill that includes the diagnosis and appointment codes necessary for your insurance to review.
I cannot guarantee the reimbursement.

*When signing up for a telehealth appointment, your email address will be placed on Dr. Elissa Hellman, MD's email list. You can unsubscribe after receiving an email if you are not interested.
