Payment & insurance policies
I strive to provide easily accessible, personalized, and readily available care. As this is becoming more and more difficult in the traditional insurance model, I participate in direct specialty telehealth instead.

I do not accept insurance.
However, you are always encouraged to find out what your out-of-network telehealth benefits and coverage are.
Based on the possible coverage, you can request and submit a superbill that includes the diagnosis and appointment codes necessary for your insurance to review. I cannot guarantee the reimbursement.

*Cancellation policy: We understand that life happens and rescheduling or cancelling an appointment may need to occur. You will have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask that out of courtesy, you are in touch 24 hours prior to the appointment time with any change requests.
